• Upper deck with 2 lounge chairs  & dinning table that seats 10

• Waterfront Dock with 2 Adirondack chairs & bench

• Kids outdoor toys; water blasters, pails & shovels, boats, balls, etc

• Water toys: canoe, pedal boat, stand-up paddle board, floating water mat, two child sized kayaks & one adult sized kayak

• Lower patio is water sealed, so you can sit outside on a rainy day and stay dry!

Important to Note

We've poured our hearts and souls into making this retreat for our family.  We are happy to share it with yours, but ask that you respect it as your own.  We trust that you will use "common sense" to this effect, however below are some specifics;

• Absolutely no smoking is allowed indoors. If you smoke outdoors, it should be away from the buildings and we expect you to pick up your butts.

• We prefer no pets, but are open to discuss if this is important to you.

• Due to the size of our septic system, maximum capacity is 12 people.

• There might be a motorized boat on the property, it is NOT included in the rental.
